Bright Horizons Romsey Day Nursery is seeking an Early Years Apprentice to join our Romsey team. You will care for babies and children up to 5 years old, engaging them in activities and supporting their learning journey.

With assessor support, you will complete required training and coursework for your formal qualification. We offer development opportunities, DBS checks, and a supportive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Commitment to completing your apprenticeship.
• English qualification at GCSE Grade C/Level 4 or higher or Functional Skills Level 2.
• Willingness to complete alongside your apprenticeship.
• Previous experience with children is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Look after babies and children up to age 5 as part of a team.
• Engage in play, reading and activities to support learning.
• Attend required training and coursework for qualification completion.
