Bright Horizons Kingston Victoria Road Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Apprentice to care for children up to age 5. You will participate in interactive activities and receive training to complete your apprenticeship, with DBS checks and support from an assessor.

The role emphasizes safeguarding, teamwork, and building strong partnerships with parents while pursuing ongoing professional development within a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Commitment to completing your apprenticeship.
• English qualification GCSE Grade C / Level 4 or above or Functional Skills Level 2.
• Previous experience beneficial but not essential in nurseries or childcare.

Responsibilities

• Look after babies and children up to 5 years old as part of a supportive team.
• Engage in interactive play, story time and activities to support learning.
• Attend required training and coursework with assessor to complete the qualification.
