Responsabilités

• Help create a warm, welcoming environment where every child feels included.
• Support play and learning inspired by children's interests and EYFS.
• Learn about child development, noticing and celebrating progress.
• Build caring relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Assist with everyday routines, including meals, personal care and rest.
• Develop understanding of safeguarding, hygiene and safe practice.
• Complete apprenticeship training and tasks, applying learning on the job.
