We are an international organization operating in India, USA, and the UK. In the UK, all our nurseries are rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted, with locations in London and Windsor. We are expanding, opening 1-2 new nurseries each year! At Kido, we blend practices from Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf Steiner approaches, offering a unique curriculum for children aged 3 months to 5 years. We believe that a mix of free and structured play, an engaging environment, and love and care provide a strong foundation for early years development. What being an Early Years Apprentice involves:
Gain hands-on experience supporting a safe and inspiring environment, working towards a Level 3 qualification in approximately 2 years, with the possibility to achieve Level 2 earlier. The apprenticeship is work-based, with dedicated study time.
You will support the team in delivering engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues, and prioritize safeguarding. Your role includes delivering exceptional experiences, assisting with mealtimes, and ensuring the nursery runs smoothly.
