Requirements

As an Early Years Apprentice, you will:

1. Learn while working
2. Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources appropriate to children's age and stage of development
3. Support the physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development of children
4. Assist in implementing an effective key person approach to help children form secure attachments
5. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, parents, and visitors at all times
6. Work within a team to support children and colleagues in your room
7. Understand and meet the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS
