What we are looking for in you

YMCA Dulverton Group is seeking someone with a nurturing personality, a genuine passion for caring for children, and a willingness to learn and grow in Early Years Education.

You will work collaboratively with team members to engage children in stimulating activities that foster their creativity. You should be adaptable to meet each child's needs, possess compassion and empathy, and demonstrate a strong work ethic with a commitment to the safety and well-being of children. This is an apprenticeship role, so eagerness to learn and participate in professional development is essential.

Our nurseries and preschools are designed to meet each child's needs, with a play-based curriculum emphasizing outdoor activities, exploration, and fun. If you're ready to make a real impact and facilitate transformative change, we look forward to your application.
