The Governors of St Elizabeth’s are looking to appoint a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant to work in our thriving Nursery department.

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Key Worker to join our warm and welcoming nursery team, working specifically with our wonderful 2-year-olds. This is a rewarding role where you’ll support each child’s development, well-being, and early learning journey through engaging play, strong relationships, and tailored care.

Your role will include:

Building secure, trusting relationships with a small group of key children and their families

Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS

Observing and tracking children’s progress and contributing to their individual learning journeys

Promoting language development, social skills and independence through play

Being responsible for the safeguarding of the children in your care

  • Working closely with colleagues to maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment


You must be committed to the whole school community and be prepared to be actively involved in the catholic life of the school.
