The school is seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join their team. They set high expectations for all and look for someone who will immerse themselves in the school's ethos, values, and community. Located near the town center, the school boasts a supportive SLT department. They have excellent behaviour management policies and practices and are looking for someone committed to staying beyond the autumn term. The school values exploration and enrichment opportunities for pupils. Both ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply, with part-time and full-time roles available.

Your new role.

You will be expected to fully engage in the day-to-day teaching activities within the classroom. Effective communication with support staff and leading by example in setting high expectations for students are essential. You will undertake full teaching responsibilities, develop a good understanding of your class's needs early on, and use Quality First Teaching methods to engage and support pupils. Utilising available resources to maximize impact on learning is also expected. Additionally, you may be involved in guiding pupils' transition to KS1. The EYFS provision is resourceful, with a dedicated team helping children thrive and build a foundation for lifelong learning.

What you will need to succeed.

  • Be a dynamic team player.
  • Be committed to working within a close-knit teaching and support team.
  • Be fun, enthusiastic, and proactive.
  • Provide high-quality teaching and learning in a nurturing environment.
  • DBS on the update service is preferred but not essential.
  • Hold QTS or a relevant teaching qualification.

What you will get in return.

You will have the opportunity to work for a school dedicated to improving educational quality for pupils, helping them reach their full potential and meet societal expectations. You will also benefit from working with a dedicated Primary Teaching Consultant specializing in the Warrington area. The role offers a competitive daily wage based on experience, with holiday pay accrued and flexible options for taking leave throughout the year.
