Job Description

As an Early Talent Partner, you will have a passion for recruiting and developing early talent, particularly apprentices, and will play a key role in establishing and managing effective work experience programmes. This position is perfect for someone looking to make a significant impact on our talent pipeline and contribute to the overall growth of our early careers initiatives.

As an Early Talent Partner, we are looking for someone to:

  • Assist in the recruitment of apprentices and early career candidates through various channels, including job fairs, social media, and partnerships with apprenticeship providers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities and other educational institutions to build a robust pipeline of early career talent
  • Facilitate ‘best in class’ recruitment and selection processes to identify suitable candidates for the Together apprenticeship programme
  • Design, develop and manage the work experience programme which aligns to business needs
  • Assist in the development of the learning programme for apprentices and work experience participants; facilitate orientation sessions and ongoing training to enhance their skills and integration into the company
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of apprenticeship and work experience programmes, collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Generate insightful reports on early careers activities to track key metrics, trends and provide insights into market challenges

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of early careers landscape, apprenticeship frameworks and work experience initiatives
  • Strong planning, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of individuals
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
