  • Stakeholder Engagement: Enhance communication and collaboration between apprentices, trainees, and senior stakeholders, ensuring a supportive and high-performing environment.
  • Secondment Management: Oversee visa processes for trainees and employees being seconded to international offices.
  • Recruitment Support: Collaborate with the early talent recruitment team to attract, assess, and onboard high-caliber apprentices and graduates.
  • Programme Innovation: Continuously review and improve the trainee and apprenticeship development programmes, ensuring they align with the firm’s strategic goals.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in trainee/apprentice development, particularly within legal environments.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities across different locations.
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly when engaging with senior partners.
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship levy management and training provider relationships is desirable.
