Job Description:

We are currently working on an exciting, exclusive mandate for a long-standing property consultancy client who is seeking a new team member to join their People and Development team.

Reporting into a departmental head, this role focuses on Early Talent and is aimed at candidates with 1–3 years of comparable experience, eager to build a career in early talent development.

The role involves coordinating and supporting the delivery of talent recruitment & development programmes, including graduate, apprentice, and internship pathways. It is suitable for someone with foundational HR or early careers experience, looking to take on more responsibility in programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.

This permanent role has become available due to growth, with an immediate start and a salary band of 28-35k. The company values personal and career development and is willing to fund training and qualifications for the right candidate.

The team is sociable and dynamic. The role is based in West-end offices with a hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office), though flexibility is required as the schedule may vary. The client emphasizes a supportive environment and a good reputation for staff retention.
