Job description

Job Title: Early Talent Assistant

A prestigious global law firm is seeking a dynamic Early Talent Assistant to join their thriving HR team in Liverpool on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized with some office administration experience or a recent graduate with relevant experience.

Salary: up to £25,000 per annum

Working Arrangements: Hybrid (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting the Early Talent Advisor in planning and executing attraction events with schools and university campuses, including diversity and inclusion programmes.
  2. Coordinating Open Days and First Year Insight schemes for prospective applicants, based in London.
  3. Supporting the creation and updating of content on social networking sites.
  4. Assisting with the Summer Vacation Programme and Solicitor Apprenticeship schemes.
  5. Managing onboarding administration for Training Contracts and Solicitor Apprenticeships.
  6. Processing invoices and tracking candidate expenses.
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • At least 6 months' experience in a professional services or legal environment.
  • Highly organized with a professional manner.
  • Interest and knowledge of social media platforms.
