Contract role

Vitalis is recruiting for an experienced Early Support Practitioner in Harrow.

The role involves actively participating in the Early Support model to ensure high-quality direct work with babies, very young children, children, young people, and their families (referred to as the ‘client group’). The aim is to improve outcomes through early support services, including universal and universal plus group and individual work, evidence-based parenting programmes, health and education services, parent and child groups, and out-of-school services.
