Job summary

Pure Staff Driving in Southampton is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver for ongoing work on a refrigerated goods route. Start times typically range from 03:00 to 06:00, with reliable shifts and a supportive environment.

You will be responsible for multi-drop deliveries, load securing, and accurate recording of deliveries while maintaining a professional, customer-facing approach. Competitive hourly pay is offered with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Category C / Class 2 Licence
• Valid Driver CPC / DQC
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points on licence
• Confidence with strapping and securing loads
• Good understanding of Drivers' Hours and Working Time regulations
• Professional, reliable and safety-conscious attitude

Responsibilities

• Deliver refrigerated goods to existing customer base
• Multi-drop deliveries on designated routes
• Scan and record deliveries accurately
• Manual handling and load securing on shipments
