Job summary

Home Bargains Clydebank is seeking a Fill Shift Team Member for part‑time hours. You’ll help unload deliveries, stock shelves, and assist customers to ensure a smooth, welcoming shopping experience.

This fast‑paced role requires early starts and flexibility, with shifts up to 16 hours per week and pay up to £13.00 per hour (age 21+), plus benefits such as pension, store discount, generous leave, and access to Stream and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be available to work 6am - 10am
• Enthusiastic, friendly and approachable attitude
• Hardworking, reliable, and willing to get stuck in
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Be the smile that makes a difference: provide enthusiastic customer service and assist with product queries
• Teamwork makes the dream work: support across store areas and keep displays clean
• Keep the momentum going: unload deliveries and stock shelves for store readiness
• Handle tills and cash transactions and adapt to roles in Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre
