Job summary

Home Bargains Bedford is seeking Store Team Members for a part-time, permanent role. You will be the friendly face of the store, stock shelves, serve customers, and help across departments from fresh food to seasonal.

Shifts are 6am–10am with 16 hours per week, and the team offers 12.71–13.00 per hour with benefits including leave, pension, store discount, and flexible pay options. We value enthusiasm, reliability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Be the smile that makes a difference: you will be the face of Home Bargains, providing enthusiastic customer service by assisting with product queries and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Teamwork makes the dream work: you will stock shelves, keep displays clean, and support across departments from fresh food to seasonal.
• Keep the momentum going: unload deliveries and get stock out on shelves quickly for customers to find what they need.
• No two days are the same: you will be trained across Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre areas and handle tills and cash transactions.
