Job summary

Tesco is hiring store colleagues in the United Kingdom to deliver friendly service, assist customers and keep shelves stocked. You will work in a fast-paced, inclusive team, with early start shifts and a minimum guaranteed 12 hours per week.

The role offers flexibility and opportunities to grow within Tesco. Pay starts at £13.28 per hour and increases to £14.55 in stores within the M25, with additional payments in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
