Job summary

Parogon Hygiene Specialists needed in Birmingham to keep our high-end restaurant spaces pristine and welcoming. You will thoroughly clean restaurant areas, front-of-house spaces, and toilets, maintaining spotless standards for guests.

Shifts are Monday to Thursday (12 hours per week) with start times between 6am and 9am and occasional weekend cover. COSHH knowledge and teamwork are desirable, with a positive, reliable mindset and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in professional cleaning, preferably in hospitality or high-end environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to work early shifts, reliably and punctually.
• Must have access to personal transport due to shift start times.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily deep cleans of restaurant areas, front-of-house spaces, and toilets.
• Follow hygiene protocols and ensure cleaning checklists are fully completed.
• Handle and store cleaning products safely and appropriately.
• Collaborate with hygiene team members to deliver consistently high standards.
• Report any maintenance or hygiene issues to management promptly.
• Prepare the restaurant spaces for opening hours by ensuring a spotless, sanitized environment.
