Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking a Dispatch Operative for an early shift in the UK. The role involves pulling and packing finished orders for international and domestic transit with a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety.

You will work 6am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday, with responsibilities including order reconciliation, using ERP systems, and loading/unloading vehicles. Basic computer skills are required and forklift experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience with packaging and shipping of industrial components preferred.
• Basic computer skills are essential.
• Experience using ERP or stock systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow health, safety and risk management policies.
• Check and weigh items to ensure accuracy against orders and records.
• Affix shipping labels and identify information on cartons.
