Job summary

Tesco UK in Scotland is seeking an in-store colleague to start as early as 05:30, delivering friendly service and helping customers with a smile. You will join a collaborative team in a role with flexible duties across shelf replenishment, checkout, and online order picking.

Minimum 12 hours per week, over-18 required, with opportunities for growth within Tesco. Pay starts at £13.28/hour, rising to £14.55/hour in M25 stores; some locations may offer additional payments.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with Tesco products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer-focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
• A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
