Home Bargains in Bromsgrove is seeking a Store Team Member for a fast‑paced, customer‑facing role. You will greet customers, replenish shelves, and work across departments from fresh foods to the Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre, helping to keep standards high.

Shifts are up to 16 hours per week, including early mornings and some weekends. You’ll need a friendly, reliable, can‑do attitude and be willing to learn new tasks as part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Take charge during fill shifts by unloading deliveries and stocking shelves for customers to find items easily.
• Get trained across multiple areas to support tills, cash handling, and general store operations.
