Home Bargains in Redditch is looking for Store Team Members to join our fast-paced, friendly team. You’ll greet customers, stock shelves, and work across departments from fresh food to seasonal while delivering high standards.

We offer part-time contracts with evening and weekend shifts, 18-20 hours per week or up to 20 hours, and a friendly benefits package. Play a key role in helping customers have a great shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and friendly attitude.
• Willing to work varied shifts incl. evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working across multiple store areas.
• Able to follow company policies and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic customer service and help with product queries.
• Stock shelves, replenish displays and keep areas clean.
• Unload deliveries and stock shelves during fill shifts.
• Handle tills and cash transactions; work across Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre as needed.
