Job summary

Marks & Spencer in Scotland is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to act as the backstage powerhouse, keeping stock flowing, deliveries arriving, and the shop floor full and ready for customers. The role is physically demanding and fast-paced, requiring high accuracy and attention to detail.

You will work across the wider store, using digital tools to track stock and deliveries, and collaborate with colleagues across functions.
