Job summary

GAIL's Bread is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our bakery at pace, delivering fresh bread, cakes and displays to a high standard. You will know our products and recipes, take initiative to learn more, and work as part of a friendly team. Roles typically start early in the morning to ensure product freshness.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake items for displays at a fast pace.
Learn products/recipes and maintain high presentation standards.
Support early starts, typically around 5:30am–6:30am.
Assist in delivering freshly baked goods with care.
