Job summary

Wellocks is seeking a part-time Van Driver at the Harlow Depot. The role starts around 3am–5am and finishes based on the last order delivered, with 5 days out of 6 including Bank Holidays.

You will join the Depot Team to ensure orders reach customers in perfect condition, while complying with GB hours rules and UK driving laws. A full UK driving licence is required and you must be able to stand for 8.5 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of GB domestic drivers’ hours rule
• Good understanding of UK driving laws
• Full UK driving licence
• On feet for 8.5 hours per day
• Reliable and conscientious
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to customers in line with requirements
• Pack crates and goods into delivery vehicle
• Follow delivery instructions and raise issues to Depot team
• Ensure orders are per invoice and report discrepancies
• Adhere to UK driving laws at all times
• Complete all paperwork within designated timescales
• Participate in full de-brief with depot management
• Keep vehicle clean and tidy according to schedule
