Wellocks, part of the William Jackson Food Group, is hiring a Van Driver for the Westcott Depot. You will join the Depot Team and start in the early hours to cover second deliveries, ensuring orders reach customers in perfect condition.

Prepare to use GPS and PDA, verify invoices, and comply with UK driving laws and hygiene standards. Early starts and customer-focused service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required with good knowledge of UK driving laws.
• Understanding GB domestic drivers’ hours rules and safe driving practices.
• Reliable, conscientious, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders with first-class customer service and professionalism.
• Use GPS navigation and PDA to complete routes accurately.
• Ensure orders match the invoice and raise issues to the Depot team when needed.
• Adhere to UK driving laws and keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy.
• Perform daily walk-round checks on the assigned vehicle.
• Maintain hygiene to GMP and BRC standards.
