The Early Intervention - Social Worker role with Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council is based at Ty Elai in Pontypridd. The post operates on a blended pattern with two office days (Monday and Tuesday) and three days working from home. Pay aligns with the pledge at £38.43 Umbrella / £30.50 PAYE per hour.

This role supports early intervention services and requires registration with Social Care Wales. Benefits include DBS/compliance support, Welsh-speaking consultancy, twice-weekly payroll

• A relevant Social Work qualification.
• Registration with Social Care Wales.
