Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with clients with serious mental illness.
• Experience of teamwork and effective communication at all levels.
• Ability to work independently in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients who have suspected psychosis or who are presenting with a psychotic illness, undertake assessments including risk and specialist assessments such as CAARMS.
• Plan, monitor and review care packages.
• Offer a range of psychosocial interventions including family interventions.
