Job summary

Home Bargains in Maldon is hiring Store Team Members to join our fast-paced retail team. You will greet customers, assist with product queries, stock shelves and keep areas tidy while delivering high store standards.

Shifts cover early mornings and weekends, with a guaranteed 12 hours per week. Hourly pay ranges from £12.71 for ages 18-20 to £13.00 for 21+ and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Restock shelves and keep displays tidy across departments.
• Operate tills and handle cash transactions.
• Support Café, Bakery or Garden Centre as needed.
