Job summary

Home Bargains in Derry/Londonderry is seeking Fill Shift Team Members for 8 hours per week, with early shifts from 5am to 9am. You'll help stock shelves, assist customers, and support store operations in a fast-paced environment.

We offer 12.71–13.00 per hour depending on age, with opportunities across Store teams. This role is part-time with a pension, discount, and flexible pay options as part of our benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Reliable, hardworking and a team player.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to early morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Be the smile that makes a difference by assisting customers and providing a welcoming atmosphere.
• Stock shelves, keep displays tidy, and handle stock deliveries during fill shifts.
• Assist across the Café, Bakery or Garden Centre as needed and manage cash transactions when required.
