Job Description

Pertemps is recruiting an experienced Early Help Worker / Outreach Family Worker in Liverpool. The role offers a pay rate of £20.60 per hour and is a contract role within the Early Help service.

Liverpool Early Help adopts a strength-based approach, providing empowering interventions to children and families to address emerging worries and promote positive long-term outcomes for children and young people.

As the lead professional, you will coordinate support with multi-agency partners to ensure a whole-family approach is taken to meet the identified needs. Your responsibilities include conducting early help assessments, creating support plans, and chairing team-around-the-family meetings to review progress and identify additional support needs.

The role involves direct engagement with children and young people to understand their views and concerns, ensuring that interventions effectively improve their outcomes.
