Job description

Early Help Project Manager needed in East London

The rate is £217.63 per day PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership, overseeing casework, managing risk, and ensuring the effective allocation of cases. The role involves working closely with social care, education, health, and voluntary sector partners to ensure children and families receive the right support at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the MAST Early Help Team, overseeing case management and service delivery
  • Ensure timely assessment, referral, and allocation of cases to appropriate services
  • Work collaboratively with partner agencies, promoting best practices in Early Help
  • Manage team performance, ensuring services meet agreed targets and outcomes

  • Monitor trends in family support needs and ensure high-quality record-keeping.
