Pay rate up to £24 to £26 per hour

Contract role within a Children and Families Social Work Team

Vitalis are recruiting for an Early Help Practitioner for a Local Authority in North London.

About the role

The EH Practitioner will offer outreach-based support to vulnerable families and undertake direct work with children to achieve positive outcomes. You will be the lead professional, taking a whole family approach, working in partnership with other professionals in the Team Around the Family.

The work will involve visits to schools and residential locations, and carrying out Early Help assessments.

You will ensure the quality of work is consistently high, with the voice of the child being central.

About you

You will have experience and working knowledge of family support and issues affecting babies, children, and young people.

Experience of working closely with partner agencies in Health, Social Care, Voluntary, and Charity organizations.

Your background may be within Family Support & Early Help, Educational Welfare, CACHE (Childcare and Education), or similar.
