Celebree is seeking a School Director for an established early childhood education center in Bucks County, PA. The role leads daily operations, ensures licensing compliance, maintains enrollment targets, and cultivates a positive culture for children and staff.

The successful candidate will recruit and mentor teachers and administrative staff, manage staffing and payroll, and drive community engagement and family relations while upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must meet Pennsylvania's applicable qualifications for a childcare center director.
• Experience working in a licensed childcare center, preschool, or early learning program.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards for safety and quality.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate staff, build relationships with families, and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Commitment to early childhood education and continuous professional growth.
