Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with knowledge of ECE regulations and Te Whāriki.

Our purpose-built centre is designed to nurture and inspire. Licensed for 70 tamariki, we have four vibrant classrooms tailored to various ages and stages of development.

We are looking for a passionate, fun, caring and knowledgeable kaiako to join our amazing Discoverers team, working with our 3-4 year olds.

We believe in a play-based philosophy where children’s interests are nurtured and extended. You will be working alongside kaiako who are passionate, professional, inspiring and respectful, who have a commitment to tamariki and their whānau.

This is a permanent, full-time teaching position (35-40 hours pw).

• A kaiako who can demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations,Te Whāriki, planning, internal evaluations and compliance.
