Early Childhood Educator (Relocation to Mumbai, India required)
We are looking for dedicated and passionate Early Years Teachers to join our team at a day nursery in Mumbai. The ideal candidates will create nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environments for young learners, in line with the school's mission and curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity, exploration, and active learning.
- Assess and document children’s progress, with a highly manageable assessment ratio of just two students per teacher per term.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff, and the leadership team to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Maintain open and professional communication with parents regarding children’s progress and development.
- Participate in nursery activities, field trips, and special events.
- Ensure children’s safety and well-being, adhering to safeguarding policies and supervision guidelines.
- Engage in professional development to enhance teaching practices.

Requirements
- Early Years Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in an early years setting as a practitioner or educator.

- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- QTS is desirable but not essential.
