We are seeking several experienced Early Childhood Educators with preferably Montessori experience to join our team at Preston, Reservoir, Doncaster, Bentleigh West, and Forest Hill Campus, with potential permanent Part-Time opportunities.

Job Description:

  • Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive, and effective learning environment.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
  • Ensuring all health, safety, and centre policies are adhered to, along with licensing, legislation, and regulations.
  • Supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information, and working collaboratively within the team to ensure effective operation.
  • Part-Time opportunities available, preferably 5 days a week.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant work experience is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, emergency Asthma management, and Anaphylaxis training.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to high-quality care.
  • Ability to contribute to and support a team environment and work flexibly within rooms and according to the Centre's needs.
  • Thorough knowledge of children’s development and ability to observe, plan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate children’s programs.
