Are you an experienced leader, passionate about nurturing and encouraging next generation professionals? You will be responsible for shaping the next generation of Financial Advisers within our partnership. Your role involves guiding trainees, delivering structured training, providing pastoral support, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advancing our adviser pipeline strategy to build a future-ready partnership.

Join our mission to make financial advice accessible to everyone. This is a Swindon-based role, but nationwide travel will be required.

  • Partnering with Openwork Business School for program quality
  • Monitoring progress towards competency
  • Coordinating onboarding and resource planning
  • Identifying future resource needs
  • Reporting on progress and success metrics
  • Implementing program improvements based on feedback
