Are you soon to become an Early Careers Teacher (ECT) who is sadly still struggling to find a permanent post for September 2025?

Or are you looking for further classroom-based experience in a variety of secondary schools in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, and/or the Cheshire East to build on your current teaching experience?

Requirements & Responsibilities
  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS/QTLS).
  • Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and adapting them as needed.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
  • Assessing and providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborating with school staff and fellow teachers.
  • Adhering to school policies and procedures.

Please be aware that your daily rate will be dependent upon experience, prior qualifications, the supply requirement (short or long term) and the client rate that is currently available.
