Job Title: Early Careers Teacher (ECT)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carrying out the lesson plan and materials for the day with the support of the Teaching Assistant.
2. Marking and providing positive, constructive feedback for the little ones.
3. Supporting children in small groups to promote their learning.
4. Attending all staff meetings and providing feedback to the parents.

Requirements of an Early Careers Teacher:

1. You will need to have a QTS or be in the process of obtaining one.
2. Have experience working with young children.
3. Need a DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one.
4. Be able to commute to Bedford.
