Early Careers Teacher (ECT) Opportunity

What does the role involve?

• Facilitate a creative and supportive learning environment
• Help students master grade-level learning objectives
• Foster motivation, resilience, and intellectual curiosity in students
• Help improve academic progress, exam results and coursework for students.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school’s vibrant teaching community.

• Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or hold a PGCE
• Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
• Experience working in a classroom or tutoring environment is desirable.
• Ability to work with students on a 1:1, group, and class basis.
• A full enhanced DBS check (can be processed through Smile Education).
• Confident in presenting lessons and managing a classroom environment.
