Academics Rochester are seeking Early Careers Teachers (ECT) who are looking to start their induction year in September 2025 across Primary Schools in Medway and Swale.

Do you have your Qualified Teacher Status and are looking to start your induction year? If so, we have a number of primary schools in the area looking for ECTs and ready to appoint for their vacancies with opportunities in EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
