Job Duties:

• Deliver engaging and informative lessons to early career students
• Create and implement lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of individual students
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Relevant degree in Education or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire students

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

• Previous experience in teaching
• Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes

Knowledge and Skills:

• Thorough understanding of the UK education system
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
• Proficient in using educational technology

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in teaching in a diverse classroom setting

Working Conditions:

• Temporary position with the possibility of extension
