Early Careers Specialist

Location: Burgess Hill, United Kingdom
Working Pattern: 3 days per week, Hybrid

As an Early Careers Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our early careers programs, including internships, graduate schemes, and apprenticeships. Your expertise will help us attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and lead the Global Business Partnering Functions Early Careers strategy, working with functional VPs and management teams.
  2. Develop and manage global early careers programs, including internships, graduate schemes, and apprenticeships.
  3. Collaborate with local HR teams to ensure consistent global program content and delivery, including upskilling and providing guidelines.
  4. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making improvements as needed.
  5. Foster relationships with educational institutions and industry partners to enhance our talent pipeline.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in early careers program management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline and/or CIPD qualifications would be beneficial.
  • Experience working in an international, multi-brand, matrix organisation and with senior management.
  • Strong understanding of talent development and career progression.
  • Passion for supporting the growth and development of young professionals.
