Qualifications

• Familiarity with approved AI development tools and appropriate review/validation.
• Understanding of responsible AI practices in engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills through ongoing training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders.
• Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot software solutions.
• Write secure, high-quality code following standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-team stakeholders to understand problems and deliver reliable solutions.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, document solutions, and apply AI-assisted tools appropriately.
• Leverage AI tools to improve code quality and productivity, with peer review and automated testing.
