Qualifications

• Demonstrate oral and written fluency in English.
• Experience writing secure, high-quality code in at least one programming language.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, managers, and stakeholders across teams.
• Apply automation and modern tooling to improve software development life cycle.
• Use approved AI development tools with proper review and validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills through training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders.
• Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot software solutions.
• Write secure, high-quality code in at least one programming language, following standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, managers, and stakeholders to understand problems and deliver solutions.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, documenting solutions and prompting AI tools appropriately.
• Leverage AI-enabled tooling to improve code quality and productivity with peer review and secure coding practices.
