Early Careers & Skills Practitioner – Fixed Term Contract (1 Year)

Salary:

£44,045

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Co-ordinating the development and delivery of education and skills programmes and events at various key stages, including training STEM ambassadors for programmes like Work Experience, Lego Robotics, Engineering Fairy Tales, and STEAM Clubs.
  • Engaging with and managing internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and align delivery with Education Services Strategy.
  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert within Education Services, providing guidance and support to operational areas and providers.
  • Leading the reporting of service performance, producing reports and KPI updates.
Essential Skills and Experiences
  • Experience working with young people (ages 4-25) in community, charity, or educational settings.
  • Qualifications or experience in STEM programmes.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in managing projects.
Desirable Skills
  • Coaching, training, or teaching experience.
