1. Providing coaching and development support to early careers trainees
2. Monitoring trainee progress and delivering targeted development plans
3. Facilitating training sessions and workshops to enhance skill sets
4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with programme goals
5. Offering guidance on career development and future opportunities within the defence and security sector
6. Maintaining clear and concise records of trainee development progress
7. Ensuring compliance with relevant security protocols and standards
