Do you want to bring fantastic early talent to Capgemini?

We're looking for someone to lead recruitment for key business areas by working closely with the business and the wider Talent Acquisition and programme teams. We'll be looking to you to help us deliver against our demand, lead on key projects and initiatives and ensure we offer an inclusive process with an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience. This role includes travel to recruitment events, universities and face-to-face assessment centres.

Your role

To support our growth ambitions, we are seeking a dedicated team member to manage early careers recruitment across key business areas. Your work will ensure we attract and hire the right entry-level talent with the skills and potential to contribute meaningfully to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver early careers recruitment for Capgemini UK, supporting the annual hiring of circa 400 students.
  • Build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders, providing timely updates and driving collaborative decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to business units on best practice and hold regular engagement with senior leadership (e.g. steering committees).
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from application through to offer, ensuring seamless and engaging candidate experience.
  • Lead and facilitate virtual and face-to-face assessment centres, ensuring fair and effective selection outcomes.
  • Collaborate with L&D programme teams to align on the requirements for each early careers programme and deliver against the demand accordingly.
  • Support and liaise with the attraction team to implement inclusive and innovative attraction strategies, including hard-to-fill roles and locations.
  • Lead/support projects and contribute to continuous improvement across recruitment operations.
  • Represent Capgemini at events such as careers fairs, networking sessions, and digital campaigns.
  • Scope for people management responsibilities, including mentoring, team-lead capabilities and performance management.
  • Providing regular reporting to inform the business and support strategic planning.

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on early careers.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the early careers market and seasonal campaigns.
  • High level of ownership and accountability - you will be responsible for recruitment delivery in your assigned business areas.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of internal and external partners.
  • Strategic thinker with experience in planning and delivering against hiring targets.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement.
  • A collaborative spirit and a team-oriented approach to achieving results.
  • Committed to driving inclusive recruitment practices.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and potentially leading others

Your security clearance

Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
