  • Lead the creation of engaging, on-brand content (e.g. social media posts, user-generated content, webinar materials)
  • Project manage the production of larger assets (e.g. website videos, hero content), working closely with our Employer Brand team and agencies to ensure timely delivery and high quality
  • Collaborate with agencies to execute our social media strategy, including planning, scheduling, and optimising posts
  • Monitor content performance across platforms and use insights to continuously improve reach and engagement

Talent Pipelines

  • Develop and implement strategies for building a future talent network and talent community for Newton
  • Track performance and continuously evolve how we connect with and excite our future talent community
  • Co-develop our newsletter and email communication strategy, including content planning and scheduling

  • A creative thinker with a flair for content creation and visual storytelling
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Thrive on early responsibility and be self-motivated and driven to success
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve and use data to inform decisions.
  • Strong, effective communication skills which allow you to excite a candidate and inspire confidence in a director of the business
  • A positive attitude, and the desire and drive to make things better, is essential to fit into the Newton culture
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team
  • Self-aware, with the willingness to receive and act on feedback

Benefits

Newton maximises the potential of our people, whether in client-based consulting roles, or in head office functions. The prospects for career and personal development in this role are no exception.
